Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in driving awareness, generating leads, and expanding our market presence for our cutting-edge waste management software and hospital management software solutions across the world. The ideal candidate will be a creative and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of success in B2B marketing. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to:
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - On-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) - Planning, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
    • Social Media Marketing (SMM) - Developing engaging content, managing social media presence (LinkedIn, potentially others), running targeted ad campaigns.
    • Email Marketing - Creating and managing email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, product updates, and customer communication.
    • Content Marketing - Collaborating on the creation and distribution of valuable content (blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, infographics) to attract and engage target audiences.
    • Website Management - Contributing to website updates, content optimization, and user experience improvements.
  • Keyword Research & Analysis – Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Campaign Execution – Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM reports).
  • Performance Reporting – Track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Budget Management – Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring – Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively recommend new strategies and tools.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Collaborate effectively with sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Vendor Management – Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Brand Consistency – Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.
  • Lead Generation – Develop and manage lead generation strategies through various digital channels.
  • Industry-Specific Marketing – Understand the specific nuances of marketing B2B software solutions to industries like waste management and healthcare.
Qualification:
  • Educational Qualification – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience – Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably within the B2B software industry.
  • Marketing Knowledge – Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Campaign Management – Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing SEO, SEM (Google Ads certification preferred), SMM, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Tool Proficiency – Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, social media management tools, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, CRM systems).
  • Analytical Skills – Excellent analytical and data-driven skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creativity & Problem Solving – Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work Style – Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regional Familiarity – Familiarity with the Dubai and/or GCC market is highly desirable.
  • Industry Knowledge – Understanding of the waste management or healthcare industries is a significant advantage.
